LSDealerPortal (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a CRM platform designed to help Louver Shop Shutters dealers manage customer relationships and schedules. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and share your information when you use our services, specifically regarding our integration with Google API Services.
2. Information We Collect
When you connect your Google Calendar to LSDealerPortal, we collect and process the following data via Google APIs:
Calendar Events: We sync event titles, start/end times, and descriptions to display them within your CRM dashboard.
Contact Information: We may access attendee email addresses to link calendar events to existing contacts in your CRM.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information gathered from Google APIs exclusively to provide and improve the features of LSDealerPortal. This includes:
Synchronizing your CRM schedule with your Google Calendar.
Preventing meeting conflicts within the CRM.
We do not use Google user data for any purpose beyond the core functionality described above. We do not use this data for advertising, profiling, or any secondary purposes unrelated to calendar synchronization.
4. Sharing, Transfer, and Disclosure of Google User Data
LSDealerPortal does not sell, rent, or trade your Google user data to any third party. We do not disclose Google user data to third parties except in the following limited circumstances:
Service Providers: We may share data with trusted third-party service providers who assist in operating LSDealerPortal (such as our hosting provider). These providers are contractually bound to handle data only as directed by us and in accordance with applicable privacy laws. They are prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than providing services to us.
Legal Compliance: We may disclose your data if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of LSDealerPortal, our users, or the public.
Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all of our assets, Google user data may be transferred to the acquiring entity. We will notify users of any such transfer and ensure the receiving party agrees to honor this Privacy Policy.

5. Google API Disclosure (Limited Use Policy)
LSDealerPortal’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

No Advertising: We do not use your Google user data to serve advertisements.
Human Review: We do not allow humans to read your Google user data unless we have your affirmative agreement for specific items (e.g., for technical support), it is necessary for security purposes, or it is required by law.
6. Data Protection and Security Measures
We take the protection of your Google user data seriously and implement the following technical and organizational security measures:
Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted between your browser, our servers, and Google APIs is encrypted using TLS (Transport Layer Security / HTTPS). We do not transmit Google user data over unencrypted connections.

7. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your Google user data only as long as your account is active. You can disconnect the Google Calendar integration at any time via your account settings. Upon disconnection or account deletion, we will purge all Google-sourced data from our servers within 30 days.
8. Your Rights
You may revoke LSDealerPortal’s access to your Google account at any time by visiting your Google Account permissions page (myaccount.google.com/permissions) or via your LSDealerPortal account settings. Upon revocation, we will cease accessing your Google data and will delete any previously collected Google data per the retention policy described above.
